Our Registration Application is part of our Guide for Parents package which you will receive when you take your tour of Country Park. This Application asks for information about you, your child, your child's special limitations and needs (such as allergies,) the period of time and and the days of the week and times of the day you wish your child to attend Country Park.

To obtain the full benefit of our program, we ask that your child attend Country Park at least 3.5 hours per day for a minimum of two days per week.

If we are able to accommodate your request, you will be asked to sign a legal contract covering your child's care for the time period you wish. This contract will specify the weekly cost of your child's care and any other charges that may be due.

We do offer discounts if you are registering more than one child or if you pay in advance for your child's (or children's) care. Our Guide for Parents contains the complete details.
