Auditory Learners

horizontal rule

Auditory learners like to hear the information. Children who learn in this manner may be very talkative and tend to use auditory words in their descriptions (such as loud, soft, shout, listen.) They tend to become bored by pure visual stimulation.

For example, to best communicate with an auditory learner you might use words or phrases such as:

"I hear..."

"That sounds like..."

"What does this sound like to you?"

"Tell me whether this sounds better."
