Thank you for considering Country Park as a source of care for your child. If you would like additional information or you would like to register your child, we recommend that you proceed as follows:
 | Make an Appointment with our Director to visit us for a personal tour of our facility. |
| We ask that you investigate at least two other child care facilities in the area so you are aware of what is available and you can make the best choice of care for your child. |
| Complete and submit the Registration Application. |
| Complete the Other Requirements as necessary. |
| Check for Special Offers which may apply to your registration. |
